Received my rods and reels and the crank handles were bent during delivery. The box had no packing materials helping the reels get damaged.

The Max Pro Spincast combo is a great rod/reel combo for the beginner to intermediate fisherman. The reel comes pre-spooled with Berkley XL which is great for casting, the line glides smoothly through the stainless steel guides for long casts. The reel has three ball bearings and retrieves line quickly and smoothly. The rod has a sensitive tip, yet good mid range spine for good hook set power. The rod has a split handle design for ergonomics and comfort all day! Light weight and balanced in your hand. There is a hook keeper to keep the lure safely secured when not in use. Great combo!

It was a good combo until the reel button broke on a cast. I've only had it for two months. Anything y'all can do to replace it?

Bought this along with two other models and all three of them are junk. The reels got stripped out bad after one day of use.
