ZWIRKO AND ABU GARCIA BIG GAME 7000HSI CLAIM SECOND CONSECUTIVE ASA TOURNAMENT TITLE

Captain Ken Zwirko came up big in Michaels Bait & Tackle Shop Striper Tournament. The event was held off the shores of Staten Island, N.Y. June 8-10. Zwirko¹s boat, Bunker Down, brought 81 pounds, 75 ounces to the scales to claim the title.

Zwirko¹s win places him atop the overall leader board in the 2007 Mercury Striper Tournament Trail. Zwirko caught his fish anchored up on a rock pile in 21 feet of water and used adult Manhaden as bait. Zwirko fished with the Abu Garcia Big Game 7000iHSN.

"This is the first season I have been using the Big Game 7000iHSN," Zwirko stated. "The Carbon Matrix Drag system never fails."

Zwirko¹s next stop on the 2007 Mercury Striper Tournament Trail will be the June Moon Madness Striper Tournament Wakefield, RI. June 22-24.
