Whether your product is under warranty or not, we are here to help you get back out on the water.
What to do if your product is under warranty?
Reels requiring warranty consideration should be sent postage paid to the Abu Garcia Factory Service Department or to an Abu Garcia Authorized Warranty Service Center. In the event your reel is under warranty, it will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to you for no additional charge.

Alternatively you can send your reel to one of our other Authorized Service Centers:
Package your reel carefully to avoid damage. We suggest sending your reel via UPS or Fed-Ex (keep the tracking number). If you would rather send your reel by mail, remember to insure your package.

What to do if your product is out of warranty?
Even when your reel is no longer under warranty, we are here to help. Reels out of the warranty period may be shipped postage paid to the Abu Garcia Factory Service Department or to an Abu Garcia Authorized Warranty Service Center.
