Reel arrived defective and service department is exttemely difficult to get a replacement. Am still activley trying to get a replacement.

I received one of these in the mail and the rod was broken. I contacted customer service and with in a week I had a new one. These are my favorite combos and with the excellent customer service it just can’t be beat!
