Received rod in mail broken with little to no packaging inside the box for protection. When I tried to call I got no one to answer along with sending multiple emails.. They finally got back to me several days later saying they've been busy.

Freaking awesome product!! Rod is perfectly matched to the reel! The reels new design is freaking awesome because if it's new slim and compact size. Performance is over the top!! Easily can bring in 10lb catfish
