    Broken

    A piece broke off the rod after only using it twice, and having it for a month.

    Appears to be an acceptable rig, great price. Pole arrived with a factory defect, which prevents use. I’ve attempted multiple times to get support from Abu, but so far no response. I probably wouldn’t buy anything else from them for these reasons, nor would I recommend buying this product online. Just buy it locally where you can inspect first, and get support from your local retailer. I’ll update this review, if I ever hear back from Abu.

    I put the reel on another pole, and it is decent.

    Do not buy anything from this company website. Zero customer service.

    So far, no issues unlike my Max Pro

    Appears to be good and in wording order, unlike my Max Pro. Smooth casting reel, but concerned about the sub-par level of customer support. See other rating I've provided for the Max Pro.
