Broken guide no customer service
Used the rod a handful of times and the second guide from the top popped the insert. Contacted customer service they said submit a warranty claim. Followed those directions and haven't heard anything for over a month. Follow up emails and calls go unanswered and never get a call back after leaving voicemails as requested even during business hours. What's the point of having a customer service number if no one ever answers or calls back during business hours? Glad they stand behind their products...
