I bought set of pro rockets and they dont hold a candle to the Calcutta. Sold my rockets lost money. Abu Garcia should be ashamed of themselves trying to compare those reels.

Would you mind telling us when it is made in China?c3 catfish special wrote review did not show on reviews,made in China as I believe this may be also.You can get five stars if you review all the reviews and delete any you do not like.If Abu is proud they are made in China tell us

I ordered this reel assuming it would be an original Ambassadeur Pro-Rocket from Sweden. I was disappointed to find the reel had no Pro Rocket insignia and upon closer inspection, found a tiny sticker on the underside of the reel seat which indicated the reel was made in China. I returned the reel and requested a refund which I have not received as yet.

Need King Kong hands to hold the reel. To heavy and cumbersome for my style of fishing!! If it wasn't for buy one get one free I would have never got thid Daniel Mcgillicuty googan reel. If I take it back can I get half my money back?? The 6500 c3 is way better!!

Can't tell you anything yet..ordered a reel for a Xmas gift on 12/7/15, shipped by Fed-x on 12/8. Today is 12/20 and still no reel. How long does it take to ship from MO to MA?????
