So I ordered this reel and it was never delivered. I have sent several emails for their help at Abu Garcia. No one wants to make this right. Not to mention this reel is $170 and I haven’t even received it. But to them it’s my problem. What’s worse is I ordered a veritas rod and it was broken in route to California. And they didn’t make that right either. Safe to say I will never buy from the online website ever again. But yea the $5 store credit was cool. What a joke!
