Buyer Beware
I ordered this combo for my son as a birthday gift and it arrived broken into three pieces. I've called, emailed, and used the website contact us form all multiple times - all without response for 9 days now.
I posted a similar message on their Facebook page where they at least responded with this, 'We're working hard to respond to every customer service request as quickly as possible. With peak summer fishing season in full swing, we've seen a significant increase in inquiries. Please know that we truly value your support, and a member of our team will be in touch with you shortly...."
9 days with no support is unacceptable. At this point, I don't have faith the problem will even be addressed, let alone resolved, in time.

I was very excited for my new rod and reel to be delivered today (actually a day later than it was supposed to be). But that all changed when I saw my package. As you can see my box was delivered all smashed up and I was hopeful it would be fine, but clearly it’s not. The retrieve is severely bent and unusable. Couldn’t be more annoyed.

Beautiful 8 bearing reel and colorful rod. Lightweight, easy to transport. Super smooth reeling in and makes great casts because of the 7” length. Shipping and delivery was prompt. Satisfied with boxing of reel/rod. It was very well packaged and protected upon receiving. Would recommend this combo set to all!

I've been out of fresh water fishing for some time and decided to get back in it. Bought the above combo and I love it. It was easy to setup and use. Very few tangles compared to my old bass rigs of 35 years ago. Has a great retrieve ration and drag system is flawless. Well worth the money. Now I'm looking for a great spinning setup for throwing Wacky worm setups. Can't decide one which setup to buy. It's been awhile as most of my old stuff is Mitchell.
