First time out, an incredibly tiny screw fell out of the handle assembly and it fell apart, leaving me down one set up when I can run 3. I should have known better than to buy a reel that comes in a blister pack

Bought this last january and take it to saltwater pond and got 1 fish thats about 2 pound the reel feel so smooth while fighting the fish.. Always the best from ABU GARCIA..Definitely FOR LIFE..

From the start the bail wouldn't flip, so I investigated to find cracked walls all over the primary mold not allowing any of the internal parts to operate correctly. Customer service is a nightmare to deal with as well. Thanks for opening my eyes to better companies with better quailty!
