Picked this as my first Baitcast combo, and so far I love it. Was easy to set the tension, brakes, and drag. I would recommend this to anyone new to baitcasters.

It was my second time using my abu garcia max x baitcast and I set the hook on a fish and the line just snapped and after looking i discovered that the rod guild was missing the insert. So I filed for warranty and they have not emailed me back for 7 days. That is just unacceptable I thought abu garcia was better than that. I will not change my review until I hear from abu garcia.
