Love the combo, dislike the company
I love this combo and needed a replacement one so ordered from the website. It came with no damage to the package whatsoever. When I removed the rod from the packaging, the tip was completely broken off. I have emailed and contacted the company 3 times now asking for a replacement- with photos- and have not heard back at all. I will never buy anything abu Garcia again. Horrific customer service!

Poor packaging
Reel is nice, but rod was not packaged correctly(no cushion at all, just plastic sleeve which rod bounced around inside the box) and 3 inches of the rod tip was broken upon delivery. Haven't been able to even email Abu to notify them because their website thought I was a bot.
