Received rod and reel but the reel fittings on bottom are cracked. My second rod reel combo. Faulty.

Unfortunate that you have to give even a single star. The rod and reel both arrived damaged. I've sent multiple emails to Abu Garica customer service with no response, and have made multiple calls to customer service with no resolution. I can't wait in a queue where there are 67 callers ahead of me with an estimated wait time of 400-500 minutes. So far, I am out the money for this, and have no way to recover. This is the worst online transaction I have ever experienced, and would not recommend this company to anyone. 100% disappointment. Never ever buy from them - ever.

They sent me a broke reel so when I went tightened the knob it just came off so I was sent a faulty reel
