Apparently you people do not read your email or return the 5 calls I made to your customer service since I received the Vengeance Baitcaster reel on 7-16-24 which I ordered on 7-10-24- order #25664. I ordered the left hand retrieve model and you sent me a right handed retrieve-never even took it out of the box and I've been trying to reach you since 7-16- 24. I also wrote you an email explaining my entire situation and mailed that the same day 7-16-24. AbuGarcia has the worst customer service I have dealt with in my 80 years Years and because of this I will give this company the lowest rate possible and also inform all my sport associates and friends through the internet of this poor customer service that Abu Garcria exemplifies . Since you never returned my email or phone calls since 7-16-24, I also filed a dispute with my credit card company (Discover) and they will be pursuing the $32.08 from you that was charged to my credit card. All of this trouble because AbuGarcia sent me the wrong reel and all I wanted from your company was to have you send me the right reel so I could then return the incorrect one you sent.
