Received my reel and rod combo, went to spool it and seen that the bell was broken. I sent emails to see if I could get replacement parts but have yet to receive a response.

I bought this combo for bass. Never caught anything over 4lbs. and the tip snapped about 2 months after buying. Thought for the price it would last longer than that. It is a really smooth combo but longevity wise it just doesn’t meet my expectations.

Had it for a couple days and tip snapped on top of reel frame being very weak. Expected better for the price
