I’ve fished half a season with this combo as my go to spinning setup- it has yet to let me down. The rod is an adequate balance between flex for casting and sensitivity for feeling the bites. I have no problem getting fish with this combo; hauling in a four pound bass was a fun fight. The reel is smooth especially for this price point.
