Great reel, got it on sale. Well worth the money

I ordered two size 20 and one size 30 reel. I was sent three size 30 reels. I contacted customer service. The person I spoke to was extremely nice but I didn't receive follow up on how the problem could be resolved. I decided the issue wasn't worth the effort needed and I'll be keeping the three size 30 reels. I understand people make mistakes. These are low cost reels and good for the price.

Just tried it for the first time yesterday 4/9/24, there is a hesitation when reeling line in, but being new I'll use it a few more times, before retuning it.

Picked 2 of these up on sale. Bumped up to a heavy braided line for inner shore/ kayak fishing. Can't say enough positive things. Punching well beyond it's weight.

I bought 3 of these reels. I mainly fish and guide for Crappie. I spoiled these reels with Berkley x9 braid. I've caught over 100 Crappie while using one of the reels and it has performed flawless. The drag works great. The reel is smooth and quite. I really am impressed with the quality of the reel. For the price, you can't beat it. Great reels.
